Socks

There are many varied types of socks and choosing the correct sock is vital.

Materials used include Wool or Nylon and each has its merits.

A patient may attempt to use more socks than they need and it is important to explain why they should only use the number specified.

An useful example of sock used is with the Iceross, where when the patient walks they get the annoying sound of air getting trapped in the leg. The use of a thin sock allows the air to dissipate removing the embarresment.
